Jeff Willes Skywatcher Jeff Willes resides in the Phoenix Arizona area and is a UFO researcher and skywatcher. Jeff has been researching UFO's and related phenomena for a total of 25 years. His initial interest in aliens didn't start with a simple UFO sighting. He has been having sightings of UFO's and other odd experiences since 1975! In 1987, at the age of 17, he moved to Phoenix from Seattle with his family. Sky watching became his full time activity after getting his video camera in 1995.
